What types of ice dispensing devices are there?
The main types of ice delivery devices include:
Pneumatic ice delivery system: This system uses gas to transport flake ice and is suitable for scenarios requiring remote transportation of flake ice. It consists of an airlock rotary valve and a low-pressure, high-volume blower. Flake ice is transported through a pipeline to a rotary feeder or small ice storage on the mixing tower, and then fed into a flake ice weighing device. This system ensures that the transported flake ice is dry and meets hygiene requirements. The transportation distance and volume can be adjusted, with a capacity of up to 30MT/Hour.
Screw ice delivery system: Suitable for short-distance transportation of flake ice, it is economical and efficient. The screw conveyor can transport flake ice to two work points and is the most effective device for straight-line and upward ice transportation. A single screw conveyor can reach 25 meters in length. By connecting multiple screw conveyors in parallel, ice delivery systems with different transportation distances and capacities can be designed according to customer needs.
Ice hoist: Equipped with a special ice hook, it can lift entire rows of ice buckets from the ice-making pool.
Hoist: Consisting of an electric hoist and an ice-carrying frame, it can vertically lift or lower 250-500 kilograms of ice at a time.
Chain ice conveyor: Using chain drive, it horizontally transports ice blocks on the ice slide deck.
These ice delivery systems each have their own characteristics and are suitable for different scenarios and needs. Choosing the right ice delivery system can improve efficiency and reduce costs.
