This system utilizes high-pressure, low-temperature gas to transport small pieces of ice of various types through specialized pipes to ice-using locations at a distance or at a certain height.
It has a very wide range of applications.
For example, transporting ice directly from a port ice storage to fishing vessels;
Used in conjunction with metering devices in the chemical industry, it can automatically and accurately add the required amount of ice to the reactor.
In artificial ski resorts, gas delivery and injection for ice paving is the most suitable method for slope construction.
Gas ice delivery system device selection
1. Air cooler: The air delivery device will bring the internal and external heat into the delivery pipe, causing partial melting of the ice. To prevent ice melting during transportation, a high-pressure gas cooling device should be considered if necessary.
2. Multi-way valve: ICEMAN's multi-way valve can automatically select and switch the ice delivery pipeline route. It is not Y-shaped, but a right-angle, quick-jump type switch, which will not cause pipeline blockage.
Various pipeline converters with 2-6 branches are available.
2-6 branch * 2-6 branch combinations can meet the requirements of different locations.
