A complete concrete cooling system generally comprises

When concrete sets and hardens, the cement component will produce a great amount of heat, the accumulation of which will lead to a quick rise of temperature inside the concrete in contrast with the external temperature and cause temperature stress, resulting in cracking, strength reduction or other problems.
The precooling technology can, by slowing the evaporating speed of moisture in concrete and control the rise in concrete temperature, effectively relieve the temperature stress to improve the concrete strength and durability.
For mass concrete construction, in addition to concrete pouring temperature control, it is also required to embed water pipes inside the concrete for water cooling from inside.
